Alan Zublatt is a principal attorney with the law firm of Zublatt & Jones, P.C., located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Mr. Zublatt has been practicing law for over 35 years. He completed his undergraduate education majoring in English and General Literature at Harpur College in Binghamton, NY (currently SUNY-Binghamton).<\/p>\n

After graduating from New York University School of Law with his Juris Doctor law degree in 1967, Mr. Zublatt began to practice law in New York City. In 1976 he was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the NJ federal courts. He is a member of both the New Jersey and New York Bars, and has had several articles published on zoning and planning as well. In addition to his publications, Mr. Zublatt was cited by the NJ Supreme Court in a landmark zoning case and has spoken on numerous occasions at seminars across the country.<\/p>\n

Kevin R. Jones is a principal attorney with the firm of Zublatt & Jones, P.C. His practice is primarily focused on land use and zoning with an emphasis on telecommunications law. He has been practicing law for over 13 years and has represented many of the major wireless telecommunications carriers and infrastructure providers, commercial developers, hospital health system, religious organizations and businesses in various land use, zoning and transactional matters throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jones appears before numerous municipal land use boards and state agencies throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.\u00a0 He also reviews and negotiates commercial leases and license agreements, deeds, non-disclosure agreements and contracts.\u00a0 He has obtained 1000\u2019s of governmental approvals for telecommunications matters throughout the region for new raw land tower facilities as well as collocations, modifications and upgrades to existing facilities. He has obtained numerous zoning approvals for DAS, microcell, metrocell, picocell and small cell wireless installations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Jones has also appeared before and worked with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to obtain CLEC authority approvals for prospective competitive local exchange carriers.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jones\u2019 background also includes experience in commercial and residential real estate law, mortgage and lending law, healthcare law, commercial leasing and licensing law, business law, contracts, public utility law, personal injury law, franchise law, municipal law and litigation. He is currently a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.<\/p>\n
