Social Security Disability
Many Americans who become disabled may not know that they may be eligible to receive Social Security Disability Insurance disability benefits from the United States Social Security Administration. Perhaps you filed for SSDI previously and were denied. In fact, approximately 2 out of every 3 claims now get denied initially by the Social Security Administration. Without effective advocacy, it is often extremely difficult for one who becomes disabled, through no fault of their own, to obtain a favorable decision from the Social Security Administration. It has been proven that an applicant’s chances to obtain a favorable decision increases when represented by an attorney.
