Our firm has extensive experience in Land Use (Zoning and Planning), Subdivisions, Site Plans, Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial transactions, Commercial Leasing and Governmental Regulatory Law.  We are counsel to FCC-Licensed telecommunications companies and infrastructure providers, handling numerous zoning, title and leasing matters throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Our practice includes significant concentrations in land use law and related litigation.  We are familiar with all major aspects of the substantive and procedural processes of zoning and planning law, use variances, subdivisions and related compliance processes and issues as well as site plan applications.  We understand the workings of government and strive to break through frustrating bureaucratic decision-making log jams.
