KellyAnn Young is Senior Paralegal and Director of Projects and Programs with the law firm of Zublatt & Jones, P.C. Ms. Young has been working as a Paralegal for over 30 years. She completed her undergraduate education at Temple University, receiving her B.A. in Criminal Justice. Ms. Young specializes in land use, leasing, leasing transactions, bid preparation, commercial contracts, title review, preparation of municipal, state and county zoning applications for development and permitting. Ms. Young has been managing all projects and programs at the law firm, including preparation of RFQ’s/RFP’s and coordinating, tracking and forecasting for all client matters. Additionally, Ms. Young has conducted multiple title, zoning and leasing seminars and training for Fortune 500 clients.

For over 30 years, Ms. Young has worked and specialized in the areas of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, municipal court, personal injury, insurance defense, worker’s compensation, wills, estates, family law, immigration law and contracts law.

Nancy Delgado is a highly experienced Paralegal with the law firm of Zublatt & Jones, P.C. working in the areas of land use, zoning and wireless telecommunications for the past 10 years and has also worked in the areas of personal injury, municipal court, workers’ compensation, wills and estates, family law and residential real estate throughout her 35+ years as a Paralegal.

Ms. Delgado specializes in all aspects of real estate transactions, leasing, leasing transactions, bid preparation, preparation of municipal, state and county zoning applications for development, permitting and recording as well as preparing correspondence, filing, managing excel spreadsheets and client trackers.

Jordan A. Young is a Legal Assistant with Zublatt & Jones, P.C. Mr. Young interned at the law firm during the summers of 2013 and 2014. Mr. Young completed his undergraduate education at Temple University in 2014 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Mr. Young has been working full time at Zublatt & Jones, P.C. since December of 2014. Mr. Young works primarily in the areas of land use, zoning, and wireless telecommunications. Mr. Young specializes in leasing transactions, bid preparation, preparation of municipal, state and county zoning applications for development, permitting and recording.
